about me

Our Founder

I have trained to the highest standard in person-centred therapy at the University Of Salford, and I am a registered member of the British governing body the BACP. I put you at the heart of therapy, because I believe you are the expert in your own life and it's important to go at the pace you feel comfortable.

Therapy is a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, without pressure or judgement. We focus on what matters most to you.

I work mindfully on how life experiences can shape how we feel today. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard and understood, so you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.

I work with all walks of life and have clinical experience supporting people from many different backgrounds and cultures, I have experience working with complex trauma, cultural issues, life transitions and those navigating life’s quieter but no less difficult struggles.

Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and human. A place where you don’t have to pretend or filter what you say. I’ll meet you where you are, listen without judgement, and move at your pace, helping you make sense of your experiences and build emotional resilience to hopefully combat the obstacles that are currently blocking your path.

Perhaps I will hear from you soon...
